Tuesday June 23rd, 7PM - create your own sealed ecosystem. Presented by Black Mat Society, join Sara of Sacra Flora for an intimate, hands-on closed terrarium workshop hosted at the iconic Sneaky Dee's — where curated botanicals meet intentional craft. Over the course of 1 hour, you’ll be guided through the process of building a self-sustaining, closed terrarium from start to finish. This style of terrarium creates its own moisture cycle, forming a low-maintenance, enclosed world that thrives on balance and atmosphere. No experience is necessary — just a willingness to create. Each guest will receive a glass terrarium vessel (9.5" tall x 6.5" wide) with cork lid, and work with a handmade soil substrate blend crafted by Sara, designed specifically for closed terrarium environments. Your terrarium will include a curated selection of plants and materials, allowing you to create something uniquely your own. Plant varieties may include: Fittonia Pilea Creeping ficus Fern varieties Alongside decorative gravels to complete your miniature landscape. 🕯 Workshop Details Date: Tuesday June 23rd Start Time: 7:00 PM Duration: 1 – 1.5 hours Location: Upstairs at Sneaky Dee’s - 431 College Street, Toronto.
